Leadership Development at ElevatHER Strategies is designed to equip women leaders with the skills, confidence, and tools needed to excel in executive roles, scale organizations, and lead with impact. Services blend coaching, training, and experiential learning to build executive presence, decision-making capacity, and team leadership skills. Our approach is inclusive, trauma-aware, and culturally responsive, ensuring women of diverse backgrounds (Black, Latina, LGBTQ+, young professionals, seasoned executives) are supported in their unique leadership journeys. Services include but not limited to: 1)Workshops & Trainings (sample topics): LeadHER tool kit Train the Trainer Executive presence Accountability-team and individual Decision making Supervising vs. management vs leadership Inclusive leadership Leading through transitions Change management Conflict resolution Strategic planning and thinking Strategic communication Organizational Leadership & Development -Analysis and Assessments of leadership/employee/organization/board of directors SWOT/SOAR SOP Financial planning and management Leadership style and perception She's not bossy-women in leadership Self-Care 5 languages of appreciation in the workplace Annual Impact Report and Quality Improvement Plans *Other Custom as requested Formats: half-day, full-day, or multi-session series. 2). ElevatHER Leadership Academy – 12 session leadership accelerators Multi-week structured programs with a mix of group coaching, peer learning, and skill-building modules. Can be open enrollment (mixed industries) or custom organizational cohorts. 3)Executive Retreats & Intensives 1–2 day in-person or virtual retreats designed to reset, align, and accelerate leadership growth. Includes strategy planning, wellness integration, and networking. 4). Leadership Assessments & Roadmaps Use of leadership assessments (360 feedback, DISC, StrengthsFinder, etc.) with personalized development plans.
