ElevatHER Strategies is a women-led consulting and executive leadership firm specializing in leadership development, organizational strategy, and systems transformation, Our work spans nonprofit, government, education, mission & justice-driven sectors, and community-based systems nationwide.
Founded and led by senior executive leader Janessa Rivera, ElevatHER operates through a collaborative consulting subject-matter expert model, engaging trusted subject-matter experts (SME) in areas such as human resources, fiscal strategy, governance, workforce development, and organizational culture.
This model allows us to deliver high-impact, multidisciplinary solutions while maintaining a single point of accountability, strategic oversight, and client partnership.
