Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

At ElevatHER Strategies LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching, consulting, and leadership development services. Because our services require time, preparation, and scheduling, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

Coaching & Consulting Packages

All coaching and consulting package purchases are non-refundable once sessions have begun.
Clients may reschedule individual sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as completed.
If unforeseen circumstances prevent completion of a package, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements (credit toward future services may be considered on a case-by-case basis).

Group Programs, Workshops, & Events

Registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant with advance notice.
If you cannot attend, credit toward a future program may be offered if cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to the start date.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event start are not eligible for credit or refund.

Organizational Contracts

For organizations engaging ElevatHER Strategies for custom programs, retreats, or consulting, terms will be outlined in the signed contract. Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in cases where ElevatHER Strategies LLC must cancel a service or event and no reschedule, or credit option is available.
